Security of supply grant for enterprises

We support the prevention of supply disruptions caused by the energy crisis

The grant can be used to prevent possible supply disruptions due to the energy crisis resulting from the war in Ukraine in the transition to a new energy source and for investments to ensure security of supply.
The grant is funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility “NextGenerationEU”.

Who was the main target of the grant?

  • The grant can be applied for by a company registered in Estonia
  • The revenue of the two quarters preceding the application in the main area of activity must be at least 100,000 euros according to the financial report submitted to the Business Registry
  • The following sectors are ineligible for the grant

What qualified for a grant?

  • purchase of storage equipment necessary to ensure security of energy supply
  • construction of buildings and facilities necessary to ensure security of energy supply
  • construction of buildings and facilities necessary to connect to an efficient district heating network and the acquisition of equipment along with connection fees
  • preparation of the preliminary design of the construction project
  • electrification of the project

The investment object of the grant must be located in Estonia.
All project activities must be linked to the objective of the measure, which is the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, thereby increasing the security of supply of the enterprise.
