Energiavaldkonna ettevõtete kõrgetasemeline visiit Lõuna-Koreasse
Kavandamisel on energiavaldkonna ettevõtete kõrgetasemeline visiit Lõuna-Koreasse vahemikul 01.-04. aprill 2025 kuhu ootame kandideerima Eesti energiasektori ettevõtted, kes juba on Lõuna-Koreas tegutsemas või soovivad turule siseneda.
Visiiti korraldab EIS koos Eesti Suursaatkonnaga Seoulis ja Välisministeeriumi ning Kliimaministeeriumiga.
Programmi raames toimub kõrgetasemeline energiakonverents koostöös MTN-ga, kuhu oodatakse rohkem kui 100 sektori esindajat. Lisaks korraldatakse Eesti – Lõuna-Korea ettevõtete ja ettevõtlusorganisatsioonide ümarlaud, kohtumine meediaga ja muud kohtumised.
Visiidile kandideerimine on avatud kuni 07.02.2025.

- Eesti delegatsiooni on oodatud eelkõige energiavaldkonna (sh. ka vesiniku-, tuule-, päikese- ja tuumaenergia) ettevõtted, kes pakuvad innovatiivseid tehnoloogilisi lahendusi ning kelle huvi on arendada koostöövõimalusi Lõuna-Korea turul.

April 1 (Tuesday)
Bilateral Meeting with H.E. Mr. Duk-geun Ahn, Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy in the Republic of Korea
11:00 – 13:30 Business Roundtable followed by lunch: Co-Organized by Korea International Trade Association (KITA) inviting their Energy member companies
14:30 – 16:00 Exclusive TV Interview: MTN studio interview with the Minister, including participation from Estonian companies.
April 2 (Wednesday)
Energy Conference with MTN
Audience: MTN anticipates over 100 attendees, including representatives from the Ministry, business partners, associations, and academia in the energy industry.
Tentative Program:
15:00 – 15:30: Tea-Time with VIP guests.
15:30 – 15:40: Opening/Congratulatory remarks by both Ministers, a speech by the President of MTN, and remarks from the Estonian Ambassador and EIS (TBC).
15:40 – 16:00: Keynote presentation by a Korean speaker on the Korean renewable energy industry and its implications for Estonia.
16:00 – 16:20: Presentation by an Estonian speaker on Estonia’s renewable energy strengths.
16:20 – 17:00: Korea-Estonia Joint Efforts in Green Energy Development: Case Studies.
17:00 – 17:30: Estonian companies’ introduction (3-minute sales pitches) & Closing remarks.
17:30 – 19:30: Networking Reception & Speed Dating between Estonian and Korean companies.
April 3 (Thursday)
10:00 – 13:00: Media Roundtable followed by a networking lunch (approximately 10 Korean reporters will attend).
14:30 – 17:00: Business Roundtable organized by Korea New & Renewable Energy Association (KNREA) focusing on renewable energy industries like solar, wind and offshore wind power. Includes 3-minute sales pitches by Estonian companies.
17:00 – 19:30: Networking dinner with member companies of KNREA.
April 4 (Friday)
09:00 – 13:30: Site visit, meetings, and lunch with Korean companies such as Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). Site visit and Meetings will be arranged based on the interests of participating Estonian companies.
Afternoon: Free time for Estonian companies for follow-up meetings.
