Joint stand at the machinery and metal industry fair FMB 2025
We will take companies with an estonian joint stand to the international mechanical engineering and industrial fair FMB 2025, which will take place in Bad Salzuflen, Germany, on November 4-6, 2025.
The focus of the companies participating in the FMB fair is mechanical engineering, the development, design and production of machines and systems. The fair, which takes place at the heart of one of the most powerful mechanical engineering clusters in Germany, is aimed at mechanical engineering suppliers, including industrial services and special machinery construction.
FMB 2024 participants: CNC Star OÜ, Radius Machining OÜ, HOOB OÜ, GIAB Machining OÜ, Mikroonik OÜ, Alise Technic OÜ, Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry.
The fair will be attended mainly by German and Dutch companies, it is important to include people with German language skills at the fair stand!

Who is the fair intended for?
- We are looking forward to Estonian companies operating in the industrial and mechanical engineering fields.

- The participation fee for a small and medium-sized company is 3,000 euros and for a large company it is 4,000 euros (VAT not added).
- The participation fees will cover the costs of participating in the fair, renting stand space, designing and building the fair. This amount will also finance the exhibitors’ joint marketing and communication activities.
- The entrepreneur will be responsible for the participants’ travel, accommodation and catering costs, as well as the costs of their company’s promotional materials and samples.
- Minimis aid(VTA) does not exceed 300,000 euros. Information on the estimated VTA amount for participation in a given joint stand can be obtained from the project manager.

Preparing to go to the fair
- Participate in work meetings and trainings
Before going to the fair, we carry out preparatory activities with the participants that will help the company achieve its goals on site at the fair.
You can participate in sales pitch and storytelling training. Think through your needs for the design of the joint stand and contribute to the preparation of the marketing and communication plan. - Set the fair’s goals and strategy
- Let your business partners and potential customers know that you are attending the fair.
- Prepare your team for the trade fair
- Book accommodation and transport for the fair
Participate in the fair
Participate in a trade fair where you can make new business contacts and introduce your products/services to potential business partners.
If possible, speak at trade fair seminars/conferences.
Follow-up actions
A feedback questionnaire must be completed immediately after the fair.
From a relationship development perspective, the real work only begins once the trade show is over.
To turn contacts you make at trade shows into long-term business relationships, make sure to follow up with contacts you make after the trade show. Create personalized messages that address each potential customer’s individual concerns and desires. Do this within a few days of the trade show.
