Joint stand at the IT fair LEAP 2026

EIS, in cooperation with the Estonian Information Technology and Telecommunications Union, is taking companies to the international IT fair LEAP 2026 with a joint Estonian stand, which will take place on 31.08 – 30.09.2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Estonia has reserved a 36 m2 exhibition stand in Hall 3A (WORLD TECH), which offers participating companies joint marketing opportunities and the use of a shared meeting area, event organization, etc. Participating companies do not have separate workstations.

The following companies participated in the LEAP 2025 Estonian joint stand: Helmes AS, Miltton CIO World, Bamboo Group OÜ, CybExer Technologies OÜ, B.EST Solutions Estonia OÜ, Nortal AS, Lean OÜ, Wildix OÜ.

We welcome Estonian companies operating in the technology sector to join us at the joint stand.

We are aware of the current situation in the Arab region and are closely monitoring developments. We are making preparations to participate in the trade fair, but if the situation has not stabilized by August, we will cancel our participation.

When participating in the joint booth, participants must be prepared for potential extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, military operations, emergencies) and follow the instructions of local authorities and fair organizers. Companies are responsible for their representatives, must ensure the necessary insurance, and should plan for flexible travel arrangements. If the fair’s format changes (cancellation, postponement, or online format), the organization of the Estonian joint stand will be adjusted accordingly. In the event of security risks, the organizer may cancel the joint stand; in such a case, the participation fee will be refunded, but other costs will not be reimbursed.

Additional application is open until May 22, 2026!

The project is co-financed by the European Union.
