Startup Estonia´s Joint Stand at the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit 2026
Startup Estonia calls for deep tech companies to participate in a joint stand at one of the most prestigious yearly gatherings, Hello Tomorrow Global Summit, and its side events, from 10th -12th of June 2026 in Amsterdam.
We will have a shared exhibition space (20 m²) designed and branded by Startup Estonia to represent Estonia together with deep tech companies and ecosystem actors at the biggest European Summit focusing on tomorrow’s solutions.
In addition, together with Team Sweden, a joint pitching side-event will be organised on Day 0 of the Summit (10th of June).
We will select up to 13 deep tech companies to join us as Estonian delegation members. In addition to the exhibition space, we will reimburse the event ticket for one person per selected company. If the company is a deep tech pioneer, an Investor Day ticket that will give access to Investor Day, will be granted. Companies will also have the opportunity to pitch at the side-event.
Travel and accommodation must be arranged and paid for by the company.
Applications for the joint stand are now closed.
We will open a separate application process for ecosystem actors in March.

For deep tech teams, the real work begins once the summit ends. To turn new connections into meaningful collaborations, follow up with the people you met within a few days. Send personalised messages that reflect each contact’s interests — whether they’re investors, corporate partners or researchers — and highlight the next practical steps for continuing the dialogue. Thoughtful and timely follow‑up helps transform summit conversations into long‑term partnerships, pilot projects or funding opportunities.
A feedback questionnaire sent by Startup Estonia must be completed shortly after the fair.
