Joint stand at defence industry trade fair Eurosatory 2026
We will take companies to the international defense industry fair Eurosatory 2026, with a joint stand, which will take place from 15 to 19 June 2026 in Paris, France.
EUROSATORY is the top international event for land and air forces in the field of defense and security.
Every two years, EUROSATORY brings together more than 100,000 defense, security and crisis management specialists: companies, governments, military personnel, institutions and private state agencies and supranational organizations.

Who is the fair for?
- We are looking for Estonian companies that offer various products and services in the field of defence industry (e.g. cyber defence, electronic equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles and land vehicles, training equipment, equipment for soldiers) to participate in the joint stand.

- We prefer to include companies in the joint foundation that have a clear growth potential, have shown significant growth in recent years, have a value added per employee above the sector average and invest in research, development and innovation (R&D).
- The participation fee is €3000 for small and medium-sized enterprises and €4000 for large enterprises (no VAT added).
- From the participation fees, the EIS will cover the costs of participation, stand rental, design and construction. It will also be used to finance joint marketing and communication activities between exhibitors.
- The company will be responsible for the participants’ travel, accommodation and other costs related to the mission, as well as the costs of their own promotional materials and samples.
- De minimis aid (de minimis aid) does not exceed EUR 300 000.

Preparing to go to the fair
- Participate in working meetings and training sessions.
Before the fair, we will carry out preparatory activities with participants to help the company achieve its objectives on the ground.
Think through your needs for the design of the joint stand and contribute to the marketing and communication plan. - Set the objectives and strategy for the fair;
- Let your partners and potential clients know that you will be attending;
- Prepare your team for the fair;
- Book accommodation and transport for the fair.
Attend the fair
Attend the fair where you can make new business contacts and introduce your products/services to potential business partners.
If possible, attend the fair seminars/conferences.
Follow-up
A feedback questionnaire must be completed shortly after the fair.
From a business development perspective, however, the real work only starts once the trade fair is over.
To turn contacts made at trade fairs into long-lasting business relationships, be sure to get in touch with the contacts you made after the fair. Craft personalised messages that address the individual concerns and desires of each potential client. Do all this within a few days of the fair.
