Joint stand at defense industry trade fair World Defense Show 2026
Together with the Estonian Defence and Space Industry Association, we will take companies to the international defence industry fair World Defense Show 2026 with a joint stand, which will take place from 08. to 12.02.2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is the 3rd time that we have a joint Estonian stand. In 2024, we participated with 9 Estonian companies: Baltic Workboats AS, SOLEEST OÜ, Nordic Armoury OÜ, Bristol Trust OÜ, Threod Systems OÜ, Hevi Optronics OÜ, Defsecintel Solutions OÜ, KrattWorks OÜ, Defenspehre OÜ.

Who is the fair for?
- We are looking forward to Estonian companies that offer various products and services in the field of defense industry (e.g. cyber defense, electronic devices, unmanned aircraft and ground vehicles, training equipment, military equipment).
- Homepage: World Defense Show
- We prefer to include companies on the joint stand that have clear growth potential, that have shown significant growth in recent years, whose added value per employee exceeds the sector average, and that contribute to research, development, and innovation activities.(R&D).
- EIS covers the rental costs of the joint stand.
- The remaining costs related to the construction of the stand, design, transportation of samples, materials, marketing activities, and project management services will be divided between participating companies. Settlement will be made with EKTL based on actual costs.
- The participating company will also cover additional costs related to travel, accommodation etc.
- Minimis aid (VTA) does not exceed 300,000 euros. Information on the estimated VTA amount for participation in this joint stand can be obtained from the EIS project manager.

Preparing to go to the fair
- Participate in work meetings and trainings
Before going to the fair, we carry out preparatory activities with the participants that will help the company achieve its goals on site at the fair.
You can participate in sales pitch and storytelling training. Think through your needs for the design of the joint stand and contribute to the preparation of the marketing and communication plan. - Set the goals and strategy for the fair.
- Let your business partners and potential customers know that you are attending the fair
- Prepare your team for the trade fair.
- Book accommodation and transport for the fair, and if necessary, arrange a visa to enter the country.
Participate in the fair
Participate in a trade fair where you can make new business contacts and introduce your products/services to potential business partners.
If possible, speak at trade fair seminars/conferences.
Follow-up activities
A feedback questionnaire must be completed shortly after the fair.
From a relationship development perspective, the real work only begins once the trade show is over.
To turn contacts made at trade shows into long-term business relationships, it is important to follow up with contacts made at the trade show immediately after the trade show. Create personalized messages that address each potential customer’s individual concerns and desires.
