We support the development of the relevant infrastructure of enterprises providing research and development services.
The programme consists of advising companies and providing a grant for supporting infrastructure.

Who was the grant intended for?
The programme is aimed at companies entered in the Estonian commercial register to develop tools and related services used by companies for research in their respective fields.
The term research infrastructure includes:
- scientific and research equipment
- knowledge-based resources such as collections, archives and structured scientific information
- ICT-based infrastructures such as networks, information processing, software and communication tools
- other entities necessary for carrying out the research.
Such research infrastructures may be on a single site or distributed (organised resource networks).
