The Innowwide programme funding supports innovation
The Innowwide programme is funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe partnership “Innovative SMEs” (European Partnership on Innovative SMEs). You can find more information about the partnerships here.
Within the Innowwide programme, Eureka organises a funding call for export projects targeting distant markets. More detailed information about this year’s application round can be found HERE.
The deadline for submitting applications is 25 November 2025 at 14:00 CET.
Who can apply for the support?
- For small and medium-sized enterprises that wish to test and develop the technological and legal aspects of their product’s market suitability.
- The project must include a partner from the target country, with whom the product and business model validation and development will be carried out in cooperation.
- The project application is submitted on the Eureka IT platform; applications are processed and funded by Eureka.
- Possible target markets: North and South America, Asia and the Pacific region, the Middle East, and African countries (see details in the guidelines on the Eureka website).

What is the support available for?
- The project must result in a study that evaluates the technical, legal, and socio-economic aspects of the product and business model’s market suitability.
- Support is provided for the validation of the product, technological solution, and business model:
- intellectual property analysis,
- technology scouting and assessment of technological innovativeness,
- legal aspects of the technological solution,
- product and technology certification and conformity assessment.
Project conditions
- Support is provided for the validation of product, technological solution, and business model
- intellectual property analysis,
- technology scouting and assessment of technological innovativeness,
- legal aspects of the technological solution,
- product and technology certification and conformity assessment.
- The support is 60,000 euros (support rate 70%, i.e. total project volume 86,000 euros).
- The duration of projects is half a year.
- The focus of the support is directed toward export beyond Europe.

Application valuation in Eureka
- Evaluation criteria:
- novelty of the project, competitive advantages (excellence),
- market potential, added value, possible scalability, and overcoming market barriers (impact),
- quality of the project and effectiveness of implementation.
The results of the project evaluations will be announced approximately in March 2026.
