Support for integration and interfacing of software in the tourism sector
We support the digitisation and automation of the work processes of tourism service providers.
The support makes it possible to integrate specific software (for example, to introduce new resource management software) and also to interface different software (e.g. the implementation of resource management software and its interfacing with the cash registry system and accounting software)
It is possible to apply for the support from 7 January 2025. Grant applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis.
Who is the grant intended for?
- Tourism service providers may apply for the support if they are:
– a legal entity registered in Estonia (enterprises, NGOs, foundations)
– an Estonian public authority
– a local government and its agency. - The support applicant must have a public online channel where the offer of the applicant’s tourism services is displayed. It must be possible to find the applicant’s tourism service in the Estonian National Tourism Information System puhkaeestis.ee
- The applicant’s sales revenue in the financial year preceding the submission of the application according to its annual report must be at least €30,000. An appropriate accounting statement (e.g. own revenue report) must be submitted if the applicant is not required to submit an annual report
- The applicant must not have received de minimis aid in excess of €300,000 in the last three years
- This support can be obtained once in a calendar year
What qualifies for the support?
Tourism service providers may apply for the support for the digitisation or automation of work processes. Read more about the work process of a tourism service provider
Here you will find a list of software suitable for digitising the work processes of tourism enterprises. The list of examples is not limited, the applicant may also choose any other software designed for the management of a tourism service, which complies with the objectives of the support. In this case, the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency will assess the eligibility of the selected software (involving an expert, if necessary) and, if appropriate, add it to the list.
