Joint stand at food and beverage industry trade fair Foodex Japan 2026
We will take companies with a joint stand to the international food and beverage trade fair Foodex Japan 2026, which will take place from 10 to 13 March 2026 in Tokyo, Japan.
Foodex is the largest food and beverage trade fair in the region, which is already in its 51st year!

Who is the fair for?
- We are looking forward to Estonian food and beverage companies.

- We prefer to include companies on the joint stand that have clear growth potential, that have shown significant growth in recent years, whose added value per employee exceeds the sector average, and that contribute to research, development, and innovation activities.(R&D).
- The participation fee for a small and medium-sized company is 3,000 euros and for a large company it is 4,000 euros (VAT not added).
- The participation fees will cover the costs of participating in the fair, renting stand space, designing and building the fair. This amount will also cover the exhibitors’ joint marketing and communication activities.
- The entrepreneur will be responsible for the participants’ travel, accommodation and catering costs, as well as the costs of their company’s promotional materials and samples.
- Minimis aid (VTA) will not exceed 300 000 eur

Preparing to go to the fair
- Participate in work meetings and training.
Before going to the fair, we carry out preparatory activities with the participants that will help the company achieve its goals on site at the fair.
You can participate in trade fair training. Think through your needs for the design of the joint stand and contribute to the preparation of the marketing and communication plan. - Set the fair’s goals and strategy.
- Let your business partners and potential customers know that you are attending the fair.
- Prepare your team for the fair.
- Book accommodation and transport for the fair.
Participate in the fair
Attend a trade fair where you can make new business contacts and introduce your products/services to potential business partners.
If possible, speak at trade fair seminars/conferences.
Follow-up activities
A feedback questionnaire must be completed shortly after the fair.
From a relationship development perspective, the real work only begins once the trade show is over.
To turn contacts you make at trade shows into long-term business relationships, make sure to follow up with contacts you make after the trade show. Create personalized messages that address each potential customer’s individual concerns and needs. Do this within a few days of the trade show.
