By building the distribution network and infrastructure and relocating connection points, we enable the arrival of new entrepreneurs to Ida Viru county and promote job creation.

Who is the support intended for?

Distribution network operators that provide network services in Ida Viru County (as defined in Section 8(3) of the Electricity Market Act) may apply for the support.

What is the support for?

In Ida Viru county the support may be used for:

  • Construction of a distribution network (within the meaning of Section 3(11) of the Electricity Market Act)
  • Construction of infrastructure included in the development plan referred to in Section 66(9) of the Electricity Market Act
  • Reconstruction of an existing connection point from the main network to the border of an industrial area
