Investment grant for small and medium-sized Ida-Viru enterprises
We support the diversification of the Ida-Viru economy
With the grant, we contribute to the growth competitiveness and added value of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ida-Viru County that create new jobs or maintain existing ones. We encourage companies to diversify their business practices.
The grant can be used to invest in product development, as well as in the development of processes related to the company’s product or service.
The support applied for by the projects should be between 30 000 and 3 000 0000 euros.
Due to the budget of the measure being exhausted, the acceptance of applications has been closed from 04.12.2025 at 16:00.
We will process applications exceeding the budget in the order they are received.
Who is the main target of the grant?
Support may be requested by a company entered in the Estonian Business Register.
Support may not be requested by a company whose field of activity or project for which support is requested falls within the following areas of activity:
- agriculture, forestry and fishing
- wholesale and retail
- organisation of gambling and betting activities
- programming, consultancy and related activities
- legal and accounting activities
- activities of head offices and management consultancy activities
- advertising, market research and public relations
- rental and operating lease
- temporary employment agency activities and other human resource provisions
The applicant of the grant must be a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME). See the instructions for more information.
What qualifies for a grant?
We support the creation of new enterprises or units, the development of new products or provision of new services, an increase in production capacity or the complete restructuring of an existing enterprise’s entire production process:
- the purchase of machinery and equipment and the intangible assets needed for their use
- the purchase of land and the construction of buildings and structures
- connection to the network or modification of an existing connection
- applying for the primary protection of intellectual property resulting from the development of a new product
- development of processes related to the enterprise’s product or service
- preparing an assessment of the ‘do no significant harm’ principle and climate proofing
- preparing the project
- designing
