Manage the risks of development and maintain freedom to operate!

You're not the only one thinking about intellectual property protection. We can help you think through how to consider the rights of others and how to act if infringes are identified.

Give commercial value to intellectual assets!

Knowledge is gold. We can help you develop a plan for the commercialisation of your intellectual property and advise you on negotiating intellectual property rights.

Consultation

The consultations are carried out either on site at the company or online, according to prior agreement.

If a company needs additional services from the private market, such as patent attorneys or legal advisers, in addition to or after the advice, we will also help the company to find suitable service providers, without favouring one provider over another. We have an extensive international network, which enables us to find the right candidates for your company’s needs, from which you can make an independent choice.

Once the company confirms that it has received the appropriate amount of advice, the service is considered provided. There is no further reporting for the company

Cost

Up to 5 expert hours per year are free of charge for any company registered in Estonia (not de minimis aid (VTA) under the block exemption rules for innovation services). From 6 hours onwards, the company will be invoiced at €100/hour plus VAT.

When the 5 hours allotted to the company start to run out, the consultant will inform the company. If the company finds that it needs further advice, it has the option of continuing the service on a fee-paying basis, or starting to work with the private market providers described above.
