Grant for the provision of support services to creative businesses
We promote growth in the international competitiveness of creative businesses
We support support service providers who help to increase the export potential of Estonian creative entrepreneurs, improve entrepreneurs’ awareness of target markets with significant growth potential for the creative sector, and facilitate the creation and development of partnerships with a business development focus. We also encourage the functioning of cooperation networks and cross-sectoral cooperation models, including with other sectors and research and development institutions.
Applications can be submitted from 16.03.2026 at 09:00 to 20.04.2026 at 16:00.

Who is the main target of the grant?
- Applications for the grant can be submitted by legal persons in private law registered in Estonia who would like to provide support services to creative businesses
- To be eligible to apply, a company or organisation must have the skills, knowledge and experience to provide support services to the creative sector, access to national and international networks and expertise, appropriate infrastructure and/or technological capabilities and partners in Estonia and abroad
- When providing support services, the applicant takes into account that their impact must be reflected in the increase in the beneficiaries’ sales revenue and export sales revenue or the beneficiary’s sales revenue and added value
- At least 10 beneficiary companies will use the project’s support services

What qualifies for a grant?
Support service providers offer services that foster the development of creative industries based on the market failure, demand and potential of a region or sector.
The grant can be used to:
- For ordering expert information and training and consulting service support necessary to achieve the project objectives, including transportation and accommodation costs for external experts.
- For costs related to organizing seminars, training, study tours and contact and marketing events, including transportation and accommodation costs for external speakers.
- For costs related to participating in and visiting international fairs.
- For project management of the above activities (team training, travel and personnel costs up to 30% of the eligible costs of the project, excluding indirect costs).
