Who is the support intended for?

  • The innovation voucher is a targeted support to procure services necessary for product development from an innovation service provider
  • support can be granted to a project aimed at developing an innovative solution that falls under at least one of the TAIE focus areas and for the implementation of which the applicant lacks resources, knowledge, skills, or experience
  • the project contributes to upholding the principles of estonia 2035 and achieving its goals (read more)
  • The applicant must be a small or medium-sized enterprise registered in the Estonian Business Register
  • Support can be applied for up to two times
  • During the past three years, the applicant must not have received more than 300,000 euros in de minimis aid

Who can be the service providers?

  1. Estonian standardization organization, Estonian National Metrology Institute and accredited calibration and testing laboratories, patent commissioners
  2. Technology development centers, positively evaluated research and development institutions, competence centers
  3. Applied higher education institutions, universities, and colleges (research and development institutions established as a state authority, a local government authority, a legal person in public law, or an agency of a legal person in public law)
  4. calibration and testing laboratories of other European Union countries that are accredited
  5.  Legal entities providing engineering services
  6. List of potential service providers

Estonia launches a €160M investment incentive today, offering up to €20M reimbursement for major investments. Bring your next project to one of Europe’s most supportive ecosystems.
